Deposit of €300 – a mandatory condition for rental. The deposit amount is your maximum liability for the vehicle.

Regardless of the amount of damages, your liability is limited to the deposit. In case of minor damage caused by you, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit, and the difference will be refunded to the client. If nothing happens to the vehicle and it is returned with the same amount of fuel as it was received, the deposit will be fully refunded.

The deposit will be returned in the same form after the vehicle is accepted. There may also be cases where the insurance refuses to cover damages (for example, if the driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs). In such cases, all responsibility falls entirely on the driver of the vehicle.

Insurance: full casco with a €300 deductible. This means that if the vehicle is damaged, the first €300 is paid by the driver, and the rest is covered by the insurance company. If the vehicle is in good condition and returned with the same amount of fuel as it was received, the deposit will be fully refunded.

The location for vehicle pickup and return is agreed upon in advance. It can be either pickup at the office or delivery of the vehicle to the client's location. Pickup and return in Alicante are free of charge, while delivery to other cities is arranged separately with the manager. The manager will have two copies of the contract, one for you and one for us. They will explain all the details of the rental, what to pay attention to, and the rules that need to be followed. After that, payment is made in a way that is convenient for you, a vehicle inspection is conducted on two copies of the contract, and the vehicle is documented with photos. The client receives a clean vehicle with a full tank. The vehicle should also be returned with a full tank and available for a visual inspection. In case a visual inspection is not possible, the manager has the right to wash the vehicle before acceptance for proper inspection.
